These terms cover your use of Cherokee AI Systems. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

Drafts and your approval

The service uses AI to prepare drafts. AI can make mistakes, so nothing is published or sent without your approval, and you are responsible for checking and for anything you approve.

Fair use

• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the service's limits.
• Only connect websites and accounts you are allowed to manage.

Payments

Paid plans are not available yet. When they are, prices and billing terms will be shown before you subscribe.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or improve features over time.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and Cherokee AI Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
