This policy explains what we collect when you use Cherokee AI Systems, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored securely by our sign-in provider; we never see it).
• Business details you enter, such as your business profile, website address and writing preferences.
• Content you create or approve in the service.
• Billing details, handled by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers.
• Basic activity records, such as sign-ins, used for security.

How we use it

To run the service, keep your account secure, send account emails (such as confirmations and password resets) and bill you once paid plans start. We do not sell your information.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: sign-in and database.
• Vercel: website hosting and anonymous visitor counts.
• Stripe: payments.
• Anthropic: AI processing of the business information and drafts you ask the service to work on.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. Visitor counts are collected without cookies and without identifying you. We do not use advertising cookies.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your information while your account is open. You can update your details in your account settings or ask us to delete your account and its data.

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, let you know by email.
