How it works
Four simple steps
- 1
Paste the review
Add the site, the star rating, the reviewer’s name and what they wrote.
- 2
It drafts a reply
Written from your Brand Profile, with your sign-off and contact line.
- 3
It checks the reply
It looks for admitted fault, promised refunds, private details and generic wording. A failed reply gets one automatic rewrite.
- 4
You approve and post
Edit if you like, copy the reply, paste it under the review, and mark it as posted.
Everything it does
All the features
Sounds like you
Uses your tone, voice guide, words to avoid and the claims you stand behind.
Careful with complaints
Unhappy reviews (3 stars or fewer, or a negative tone) are flagged, and you tick a box to confirm you read it carefully.
Protects you
Checks that a reply does not admit fault, promise a refund, share private details or ask for a review to be changed.
Not generic
Each reply picks up on what the customer actually said, and generic replies get caught.
Your sign-off
Set your sign-off, a contact line for unhappy customers, the length and any other instructions.
Rewrite with notes
Ask for a different take in plain words, up to 5 times.
Works anywhere
Google, Facebook, Yelp or anywhere else: if you can paste there, you can use it.
Track what is done
See what is waiting, approved and posted in one queue.
Good to know
- You paste reviews in and post replies yourself. It does not connect to Google or Facebook yet, and it never posts on its own.
- Up to 30 drafts and rewrites per business per day.
Questions
- Does it post replies for me?
- No. You copy each approved reply and paste it under the review. Connecting directly to Google is planned.
- What about bad reviews?
- Those get the most care: they are flagged, checked for anything risky, and you confirm you have read the reply before approving.
