    It reads your business

    Your Brand Profile and your own pages: home, FAQ, shipping, returns, warranty, about and contact.

    It finds the questions

    It searches for what people ask about businesses like yours and skips what you already answer.

  3. 3

    It drafts and fact-checks

    Each answer is checked against your information. A failed answer gets one automatic rewrite.

    You fill gaps and approve

    Fill in anything marked, edit, and approve. Then use it wherever you need it.

    Finds 1 to 8 questions at a time and drafts answers (you choose how many).

  • Reply to a customer

    Paste a customer’s message and get a draft email reply in the same queue. You copy and send it.

  • Never guesses

    A missing fact becomes a gap such as [ADD: your return window]. An answer with gaps cannot be approved.

  • Fact check

    A second AI lists anything your information does not back up, plus any words to avoid.

  • FAQ page for WordPress

    Sends all approved answers as one draft page. You check it and press Publish in WordPress.

  • Feeds your Brand Profile

    Approved answers can be saved to your profile, so the Blog Writer uses them too.

  • Extra review

    For sensitive businesses, a box must be ticked before an answer can be approved.

Will it make things up?
It is built not to. It works only from your information and marks gaps for you to fill. Every answer is checked and needs your approval.

No. You review each draft and send it yourself.
